… Piotr Rybarczyk

Our team has many different faces who sit in front of the PC, stand at the workbench and travel many kilometres by car to be on site with you every day for our products. And to give you an idea of who is behind our products, we introduce you to a new member of the Schuchmann team every month under the motto “Three questions to”.

Today in focus: Piotr Rybarczyk.

Piotr is a dedicated team leader in our „momo.” assembly department! With his many years of experience in assembly and his organizational talent, he ensures smooth processes and the highest quality every day.

1. What did you want to be when you were a child?

As a child, I dreamed of becoming a firefighter. I found the idea of putting out fires and rescuing people in distress really exciting. I was totally fascinated by the fact that firefighters are always there when there’s a fire and that they can save lives with their courage and commitment.

2. What has been your greatest success during your time at Schuchmann?

In May, I will be celebrating my 10th anniversary at Schuchmann. The time has really flown by! My biggest success during this time? Definitely when I was promoted to team leader. I enjoy the tasks that come with the management position and I’m delighted with the responsibility I’ve gained.

3. Where are you in your element?

I’m really versatile and always ready to help where needed! No matter what’s going on or who needs support, I’m always there to lend a hand.
