What is needed is skill and absolute precision
The fabrics and upholstery for the till. are produced with excellent craftsmanship. When you watch Sigrid Hirte and her colleagues from the sewing room, you can only marvel at their skill and precision.
The till. upholstery has been specially developed in house to the nearest millimeter, including the five part backrest upholstery modeled round the inclined backrest board. and the . All upholstery is designed to overlap the hard metal parts and plates. After all, the user should lie and stand comfortably in the till.
By the way, to make it easier to attach and clean the pads, Velcro strips and press studs are attached to the underside of the pads and, of course, zips are sewn in.
The till. has a lot of love for detail.

Allowing you to stand up without slipping in the till.
Some things you can’t buy off the peg. And so you have to “do it yourself”.
That’s why we have once again used out 3D printer to create a small but useful tool. This is a template with which the grip tape for the feet can be cut to fit exactly. This allows the coating to be perfectly applied to the wooden standing surface, so that you can stand securely and without slipping.
Looks great and works.

“I simply love tinkering”
… says Markus Müller, filing a metal block. If you take a closer look, you can see that it is a highly complex tool. A drilling device used for the holes in the components of till.
The 36-year-old, who works in design and prototype construction at Schuchmann, developed the tool: “The till. handles needed a safety device, so I thought about the best way to attach it and drill holes for it.” There was no toll available to buy, and so Markus Müller simply built the device himself.
The function is as simple as it is ingenious.
The plastic handle is fixed at the top and sides in a holder. Special feature: the device can be easily clamped in a vice at any work station. The sleeve through which the drill bit is guided is made of especially hardened steel. This prevents the device from being damaged during use.
Clever and well thought-through, just like till.!
